Remember when a Sporting Goods store was little more than a Bait & Tackle shop and a place to get a fishing licence?
If you were lucky you might find a few Tennis rackets and balls, and maybe even a football and basketball. That was about it! But now that's all changed with the advent of the big-box sports stores.
Come back with us, if you will, to a kinder and gentler time when the the shopkeeper knew your name, a fishing licence was a buck, and when they still called a pitching wedge a Jigger. Sounds like fishing to me.
